At work

Louise is our Operations Manager; her role is to nurture our clients from the point they have found a property and are ready to submit a mortgage application, through to the completion of their application. Ensuring each client’s journey runs as smoothly as possible.

Day-to-day Louise’s role involves collecting all necessary documents from our clients, managing the application process, and keeping our clients and advisers regularly up to date.

Louise also does a lot of work behind the scenes, for example, she ensures the compliance system is up to date.

At home

Outside of work, Louise reports to the real boss, also known as, her son. He keeps her very busy! They love to explore new places and learn new things together, which means that their weekends are full of adventure and building experiences.

When the weather does not allow them to go very far, a day filled with playing and games, followed by a family movie night will always be on the cards.

Recently Louise has moved home, with the help of Carolyn and Paul. Currently surrounded by unpacked boxes, she has a great project on her hands, with lots of DIY to be done!
